Will I pay customs duties?

Possibly — duties and import taxes are set by your country and collected by your local customs authority or courier. We show a duties note for your country at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking, and you can follow each status change from your account.

What if a product can't enter my country?

We check every product against destination import rules before you can order it. If something is restricted, it's blocked at checkout — not at your border.
